Guidelines of Our Virtual Meeting
The meeting will open at 7:45 PM and the meeting will begin at 8:00 PM.
We recommend logging in from a laptop if available.
If you are using a mobile device, place it in landscape mode (horizontal).
Your camera should be on for the duration of the meeting.
Avoid a busy background behind you.
Ensure you have proper lighting so that we can see you.
You should be identified by your Name, not iPhone X or Galaxy 8, etc.
Everyone will be muted upon entry.
Stay on mute unless you are asked to speak, and when speaking, speak normally.
Ensure that you meet the dress code that is established.
Do not login from a car while driving or parked.
Please refrain from eating during the meeting.
Anyone not following any of the above requested etiquette will be dropped from the meeting without notice and will not be allowed to rejoin for the night.
