• The meeting will open at 7:45 PM and the meeting will begin at 8:00 PM.

  We recommend logging in from a laptop if available.

• If you are using a mobile device, place it in landscape mode (horizontal).

  Your camera should be on for the duration of the meeting.

• Avoid a busy background behind you.

  Ensure you have proper lighting so that we can see you.

• You should be identified by your Name, not iPhone X or Galaxy 8, etc.

  Everyone will be muted upon entry.

• Stay on mute unless you are asked to speak, and when speaking, speak normally.

  Ensure that you meet the dress code that is established.

• Do not login from a car while driving or parked.

  Please refrain from eating during the meeting.

• Anyone not following any of the above requested etiquette will be dropped from the meeting without notice and will not be allowed to rejoin for the night.
